Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview
This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how subscription billing, cancellations, and refunds work for Foamly, a cloud-based vehicle wash & detailing management platform operated by Qbler Technolabs Private Limited ("Foamly", "we", "our", or "us").
By subscribing to Foamly, you agree to this policy together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
2. Subscription Billing
Foamly is a subscription-based software service billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Your subscription gives you access to the Service for the full period you have paid for, and renews automatically at the start of each new billing cycle until you cancel.
Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, including GST, which are charged in addition to the subscription fee.
3. No Refunds
All subscription payments are final and non-refundable. Once a payment has been processed, we do not provide refunds, credits, or pro-rated adjustments for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Unused time remaining in a billing period
- Cancellation partway through a monthly or annual term
- Downgrading from a higher plan to a lower plan
- Features you chose not to use or did not use fully
- Change of mind after purchase or renewal
This applies to both monthly and annual subscriptions. Nothing in this policy affects any refund that is mandatorily required to be provided under applicable law.
4. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting our support team. When you cancel:
- Your subscription will not renew for the next billing cycle
- You retain access to the Service until the end of the period you have already paid for
- No further charges are made after the current period ends
Cancellation stops future billing only. It does not entitle you to a refund of any amount already paid for the current or any past billing period.
5. Free Trial
New users may be eligible for a free trial. You can cancel at any time before the trial period ends and you will not be charged. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription begins and the applicable subscription fee is charged, after which the no-refund terms in Section 3 apply.
6. Duplicate or Erroneous Charges
If you are charged more than once for the same billing period because of a technical or payment-processing error, this is not a refund situation but a correction. Contact us at support@foamly.in with your payment details, and once verified, we will reverse the genuine duplicate or erroneous charge.
7. Payment Disputes
If you believe there is an issue with a charge, please contact us first so we can resolve it quickly. Raising a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us may result in suspension of your account while the matter is reviewed.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page and revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
